What is the store's return policy?

ALL Sales are FINAL! There are NO refunds and NO returns. Luxury Hair Extensions can not be resold after being handled or worn by the consumer. Please ensure you carefully review your shopping cart prior to placing your orders.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders outside of the US at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order is placed there is a MANDATORY 24 hour payment processing period. Billing Address, Shipping Address and Names MUST MATCH or your order will be immediately canceled. There is a 10-14 business day processing time to construct and style each wig. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number at the email address that you have provided to us and receive your order within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Business Days DO NOT include the following: Weekends or Holidays. Please expect delays during sales and holidays. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days.

How long will my luxury hair extensions last?

Extensions will last between 10 to 12 months with proper care. Please consult with a professional hair stylist to assist with proper care.
